Got a note from my favorite left coast liberal correspondent today. I hope he doesn’t mind if I share:

Hey Lex-This is juvenile, wildly irresponsible, and just stupid, but I wanted to send along a thought that I had in Paris this weekend.

I was there for work, and I went to a party and had some drinks. Then I went for a long walk. About an hour and a half later, near Ave. Mercer (I think), I passed the Iranian Embassy. And having the alcohol in me (which was wanting to get out)… I thought about taking a massive leak on Iran. Literally.

I didn’t, of course. Worst case scenario, the Iranians might have fired a dozen warning shots into my chest, but I admit to thinking about it. The thought made me smile.
